The article examines the main regulatory and legal acts that regulate the sphere of children’s recreation and health improvement in the Russian Federation. The current state of the infrastructure in the sphere of children’s recreation and health improvement of The Krasnodar Territory and The Republic of Crimea has been analyzed. The main problems that hinder the development of the sphere of children’s recreation in The Krasnodar Territory and The Republic of Crimea but also the list of state measures for the development of this sphere are also indicated.
