Topical issues of the stock market regulation and self-regulation under the conditions of globalization

The paper deals with stock market’s systems of regulation and self-regulation in the current economical and legal environments in the context of their impact on the efficiency of the stock exchange’s activities under the conditions of globalization. Recently the studied range of problems is becoming ever more relevant due to increase of the stock markets’ role in the economic system and introduction of the tools and methods of the intraday and high-frequency trading.
