Outcomes of the study of health care activity improvement in rendering additional health services are reflected herein. The authors are discussing possibilities of establishing a marketing division in the management structure of a health care institution. Designing of the model scheme of the structure of the marketing investigation & sales division is based on the algorithm of marketing service functioning in health care institutions.
