Topical questions of improvement of legislation on payment of wages

Introduction: the article presents the development of proposals for the improvement of legislation and law enforcement on ensuring timely payment of wages; a set of proposals on amendments and additions to the rules of criminal and administrative liability for non-payment of wages in conjunction with the activities of procuracy authorities in this direction was formulated. Materials and Methods: during the work on the article the following methods were applied: system analysis; formal-legal; logical; synthesis; comparative analysis and generalization. Results: the author made the analysis of legislation establishing liability for violation of the requirements for the timely payment of wages; suggested proposals on improving legislation and activity of procuracy bodies in this area. Discussion and Conclusions: the conclusions and recommendations can be used in making laws, as well as in practical activities of prosecutors, state and other bodies.
