Topical issues of creating favorable conditions for the development of the construction industry and providing citizens with affordable housing

The article deals with the problem of creating favorable conditions for the development of affordable housing infrastructure through the implementation of the state program and its subprograms and projects. In the course of the analytical analysis carried out, we revealed the existing mechanisms for solving the housing problems of citizens and considered the tools used. The data on the state of the housing sector, its dynamics and trends in the residential mortgage market were studied, analyzed and presented in a graphical form. The current trend of the construction industry development was analyzed in general, the planned indicators of the state development of this direction were presented. We described some existing national and regional programs and projects aimed at increasing the affordability of housing and housing quantity. Possible new tools for solving the housing problem were proposed.
