This article discusses some of the tactics of interrogation of juvenile participants in criminal proceedings. Interrogation is not only a common and effective investigative action, but also the most necessary during the preliminary investigation. In contrast to the procedural rules of tactics are necessary. Selecting a tactic belongs to the investigator in a specific investigation of the situation.
