Current issues of enterprise equity management in the Russian Federation

In article the current state and problems of management of own capital at the Russian enterprises are considered, possible ways solutions of the revealed problems are proposed. In article need of development of the state policy focused on providing a special-purpose character of use of means of sinking funds of the enterprises, and also modification of the normative documents regulating accounting and tax accounting is proved.
