Current foreign experience in anti-corruption in the civil service system

The article covers current international strategies to combat corruption in the public service; identifies and analyzes measures aimed at countering this phenomenon. The author identifies the main national models of combating corruption in the public service. The work provides examples of anti-corruption policies in authoritarian and democratic states, representing different approaches and methods of combating corruption. An assessment of the effectiveness of existing national anti-corruption models is provided; the paper concludes that they did not have a unified approach to the phenomenon of corruption. The author analyzes possible measures to control the income, property and expenses of officials, and considers the prospects for improving the anti-corruption control system.
