Civil legislation acts regulating business activity: stages and directions of further development

Purpose: Research of history of formation сivil legislation acts regulating business activity to define directions of further development. Methodology: Historical-legal and formally-legal method was used. Results: As a result of the research, main stages of forming the considered sphere of legislation are formulated. During further development of civil legislation, that regulates business activity judicial practice, compliance with the rules of legal technology and understanding the purpose of the state - providing citizens opportunities to exercise their constitutional rights must be taken into consideration. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses scientific value as is an attempts to consider history of development of civil legislation acts regulating business activity through a prism of the implementation of the good faith principle of civil circulation participants.
