Бесплатный доступ

The article gives an acoustic characteristic of the singing voice. The anatomical mechanisms of singing are considered. Approaches to the quantitative characterization of acoustic pressure waveforms that have different sounds are presented. Broadband and narrowband spectrograms, long-term averaged spectrum, voice jitter and flicker, and cepstr are considered. It is noted that the acoustic characteristics of the singing voice correlate with the physiological state of the singers' vocal apparatus.
