Albanian-Slavic contacts: crises, historical myths and crises production

The author examines a dramatic story of Albanian-Slavic contacts in the focus of ethnic and historical mythology. The article is focused on the mythologem of sworn enemy in the history of the Balkans on the example of the struggle for Kosovo. The positions of the Albanian and Serb elites in the conflict are compared.
