Alexander S. Shishkov – the founder of Russian conservatism

This article focuses on works of the Russian conservative – Alexander S. Shishkov. The author exposes the role of the Russian language as a socio-political vehicle of development of society. The author pinpoints the presence of the classical conservative values in Shishkov’s works, such as strong government (autocracy), the traditions, the national religion.
