Retailing is one of the most important sectors of the Russian and world economies, it being integrated firmly into the overall system. The network form of retailing is dominant and more effective. Network development and expansion provides a great impact effect which leads to increasing sales and business profitability. The article discusses the algorithm of strategic planning development with reference to enterprises of the sector and the stages of the algorithm.
