Algorithm of classification the noticeable and negligible refusals at assessment the indicators of avionics products reliability

The task of development an algorithm of classification the refusals of aviation industry products on the noticeable and negligible refusals is considered. The statistics on refusals is fundamental for performance the works according to indicators of products reliability, earlier issued at the entity and finding in operation. Basic data for an algorithm are messages of the operating organizations and documentary confirmed results of a research the defect at the manufacturer. The principle of classification is based on the analysis of reasons which entailed manifestation in operation of one of types of defect of the equipment (constructive, production, operational). Separation of all confirmed refusals into two classes is result of work of an algorithm: noticeable and negligible at reliability assessment in case of release the new lot of products and at assessment the reliability of products in operation.
