Estimation algorithm of staff quality on the basis of KPI

The authors suggest an original calculation of the integral performance index of the personnel working at an organisation. This new calculation is based on a modification of the KPI efficiency indicators system. This method allows giving a comprehensive assessment of personnel performance on the basis of grouping Personnel and systems KPI indicator library according to the parameters of training, staffing and performance efficiency. Selecting from a common library of KPI indicators allows demonstrating the efficiency of personnel management and coming up with the scheme of assessing the integral performance index of the personnel of an organisation.
