Algorithm for assessing the development of the university ecosystem in an innovation economy environment

This article presents an algorithm for assessing the development of the university ecosystem in the context of innovation economy. The requirements of the innovation economy to the modern system of higher education are identified, the necessity of universities' transition to the concept of ecosystem is substantiated. The developed algorithm, which represents certain stages, is universal and can be used to monitor university activities and develop recommendations for the improvement of universities, which contributes to the socioeconomic development of society.
