A parameterization algorithm for the Vaganov - Shashkin model of seasonal growth and tree-ring formation

For the simulation of Vaganov-Shashkin model of seasonal growth and tree ring formation a solution algorithm of the parameterization problem of the model is proposed, in the cases, when entity for being modeled is available. The algorithm is realized as dll-library (or as mex-file), tested on extensive data. A concept of criterion of difference of actual tree-ring chronology from its model is introduced. Two new difference criteria are suggested.
