An algorithm for high-accuracy calculations of axially-symmetric electrostatic fields

The paper presents an algorithm which helps to achieve high accuracy in the calculation of axially-symmetric electrostatic fields because the reasons leading to the loss of accuracy are taken into account. The singularities of the surface charge density at the electrode ends and bends are ignored.
