The article describes a software tool and an algorithm for flow analysis of thematic online forums text messages to solve the problem of events forecasting for the subject area defined by the ontology. The results of the analysis of the currently most popular software platforms for building online forums are presented. Based on the obtained results, the structure of text messages was determined for discussion Internet resources. The model of the text messages stream was created for thematic Internet forums to enable their statistical and semantic analysis and to filter out messages unrelated to the subject. The article describes the basic functions and the structure of software tools for analyzing the text messages stream. The proposed algorithm filters out messages that belong to the subject area specified by the ontology and celenia statistics. The results of the analysis of the text messages stream for thematic Internet forums can be used as input parameters for the fuzzy inference system, predicting the occurrence of new events for the subject area.
