Improvement algorithm administrative personnel management systems for a clinical hospital

As a result of the study, we proposed an algorithm of actions to improve the administrative personnel management system in the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution, Republican Clinical Hospital named after G.G. Kuvatov city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan. The need to develop this algorithm arose due to the fact that in the process of work a number of significant shortcomings in the functioning of this system were identified and a list of promising areas for its improvement was identified.
