Algorithm of reproduction of major funds

The theoretical bases of the process of reproduction of fixed assets are considered in the article. The schemes of reproduction of domestic and foreign scientists are presented. The author proposes an algorithm in which the selection of the form of reproduction is singled out in a separate stage. At this stage, a decision is made to carry out repair work (modernization, reconstruction) of the equipment in operation, or new objects of fixed assets are purchased. The decision on the choice of the form of reproduction is made on the basis of an analysis of the physical and moral depreciation of fixed assets and the amount of profit received by the economic entity.
