Decision procedure for oil and gas drilling waste treatment technology selection

When developing oil and gas fields, a wide range of wastes is formed, both typical for a certain stage and production facility, as well as general equipment-related equipment and personnel activities. The article presents an algorithm for the phased assessment and selection of technologies for the application of waste management for the development of oil and gas fields. The first stage - a preliminary assessment of the principle possibility of implementing technologies taking into account the nature of the deposit, composition and properties of waste - is aimed at excluding inappropriate technologies from consideration. The second stage - a comparative assessment of technology - allows you to identify the most optimal of the possible technologies.
