Algorithms of actions of participants of criminal proceedings in case of reaching a compromise between the parties of prosecution and defense in criminal cases on road traffic offenses

The article provides algorithms of procedural actions of the investigator and other participants of criminal proceedings in typical situations, when the initiative to apply compromise norms comes from the investigator or from one of the parties (the accused, his defence counsel; the victim, his representative). The algorithms of actions of participants of criminal proceedings in the case of application of compromise norms at the judicial stages are also proposed.
