Alkaloids Berberis xy. Structure of bargustanin

Amurеnin (I), which belongs to a new type of isoquinoline alkaloids, was isolated from the phenolic part of the sum of alkaloids in the roots of berberis amurensis rupr. Its structure has been established by chemical and spectral methods.
