The authors investigated the physiologo-biochemical activity of root's secretion and products of decomposition of agricultural plants biomass and also estimated the soil allelopatic effects during use of different organic fertilizers varied in content of organic substances. It was shown, that the stronger allelopatic effects are observed at the earlier stages of plant ontogenesis and also when the donor-plants and acceptor plants are of the same species. The addition of a great amount of organic substances in to the soil leads to the higher soil toxicity during the first period, under the organic destruction the phyto-inhibiting effect can develop into phytostimulation.
