The search for the alternative resource policy (case study of organization of refuse derived fuel production)

This article discusses the use of refuse derived fuel (RDF) as fuel for the cement industry, as well as sets a task to review its efficiency and economic practicability by the example of the Volgograd region agglomeration. The author describes the possibility of replacing the fossil fuels by an alternative resource. Also the paper substantiates the RDF production scheme for a potential consumer - the cement plant "Sebryakovcement", and application of the technological solutions in the Russian conditions and waste morphological composition.
