Alternate ways to security problems in international researches: the concept of human security

The article deals with the most important problem of Modern Theory and International Relations' Practice as the necessity of new Security Concept. The subject of analysis is alternative way to study of security. The author determines the terminological set and elements of new concept, its influence on politics. In the scientist opinion the new way did not form accurate terminological frames and specific content because it is on the forming stage. The complication and scale of the security tasks identify the nonuniform structure and multiplicity elements of the new concept.
