American public library - future views

The article is devoted to the modernization of American public libraries. It describes the experiment «The Future of Miami Public Libraries». Residents of the city presented «100 great ideas», which, from their point of view, should be implemented by the library. The article pays attention to the library model, as a «third place» and participatory library.
