American experience of struggle against legalization of criminal incomes

The article analyzes the American experience in combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and the financing of international terrorism, which is considered to be advanced in the world, because in this country there is a serious decrease in the share of illegally received incomes to GDP. On the basis of the American experience, the article makes recommendations for restraining the receipt of illegal incomes and the proliferation of mechanisms related to giving them legal status.
