Amino acids-radio protectors and essence of the grapes growing in Dagestan

In article results of definition the level of amino acids-radio protectors concentration - methionine, cysteine and essence in table grapes of early period of maturing are presented. It is revealed that soil-climatic factors of Dagestan Pri-Caspian make positive impact on synthesis of these biocomponents in berries of fourteen grades.
