Analysis of JSC "Orenburg thermal generating company" from the point of view of model

This article considers the stages of evolution of JSC «Orenburg heat generation company» according to the development model of Larry Grainer. The first part of the article defines the essence of the model of the organizational development of Larry Grainer. Further the general characteristic of the considered enterprise is given. Then the stages of the development of the company are analyzed. In the final part of the work is a graphically represented model of enterprise development L. Grainer.
