Analysis of certification of officers of customs authorities

Certification of public service employees is carried out in order to determine their business skills and evaluate the results of their work. For civil servants certification is a mandatory procedure. On the example of the Kaluga region, the results of certification of civil servants over the past five years will be analyzed.
