Analysis of performance staff of the aircraft industry enterprise

The relevance of issues related to the certification of personnel in enterprises of high-tech industries is currently beyond doubt. In particular, as an object of study, we will consider the enterprises of the aviation industry, which is one of the backbone of the high-tech and high-tech sectors of the Russian defense industrial complex. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the certification system of personnel at the enterprise of the aviation industry. Certification of employees is an important personnel process, the results of which affect further cooperation with the employee. It allows employees to receive feedback, an assessment of their work, motivate colleagues to work effectively; identify the potential of employees, substantiate decisions on staff rotation, evaluate the effectiveness of employee training, determine areas of work for staff development and staff development; to form a personnel reserve for promotion to higher positions. To achieve this goal, the article solved the following tasks: studied the objectives of certification of personnel; criteria for personnel certification and stages of its implementation, methods of certification in the organization are shown; the effectiveness of certification and rationalization of the workplaces of the aviation industry enterprise is analyzed; typical mistakes of management during certification of personnel at the enterprise are considered...
