N analysis of basic characteristics of cryptocurrency

The study showed that the basic properties of money, such as, liquidity, measure of value, means of accumulation are not applicable to cryptocurrency. The report showed the advantages and disadvantages of blockchain technology, the particularities of organizing a payment system by using the blockchain technology. The comparative research of the peculiarities of financial derivatives, economic bubbles, financial pyramid and cryptocurrency showed their general attributes.
