Analysis of value sustainability of regions of the Central Federal District in the context of implementation of modern financial policy

In the context of growing global risks, turning to traditional values is strategically essential. Values serve as the foundation for developing responses to the challenges of the times and building a sustainable social model. In times of instability, it is precisely fundamental life principles that can provide society with the necessary stability and sustainable development. The work is devoted to the study of the value sustainability of regions as a factor in the socio-economic sustainability of the region in the context of modern global challenges. The aim of this study is to examine the dynamics and trends of value sustainability in the regions of the Central Federal District as a factor in socioeconomic development. The study utilized theoretical and empirical research methods. The paper analyzes the financial support of value-forming industries and the sustainability of the value foundations of Russian civilization with an empirical study using the example of regions of the Central Federal District. A proprietary methodology for assessing regional value sustainability, based on four key indicators, is presented. The methodology was tested using the Central Federal District as an example. The results of the calculations suggest the stability of social relations in the regions studied, and the role of the state in protecting values and the possibility of using values as social regulators were noted.
