Analysis of FEC supply chains based on simulation

The article reveals features of the supply chain analysis process in the fuel and energy industry, identifies the main problems faced by organizations of the fuel and energy complex, as well as the possibility of using an approach to management decision-making based on simulation modeling. A comprehensive approach, which involves the use of analytical and simulation methods in the decision-making process of FEC supply chain management, is proposed. An algorithm for decision-making in FEC supply chain management based on this integrated approach is developed.
