Аnalysis of myocardial deformation in the Strain and Strain Rate regimens during stress-echocardiography in dependence on coronary artery stenosis grade

Possibilities of clinical using of the Strain and Strain Rate regimens in the diagnosis of hemodynamically valuable coronary artery sclerosis during the test with dobutamin in patients with no signs of disturbed left ventricular local contractility at rest were investigated in the study. We analyzed sensitivity, specificity and prognostic value of the Strain in the topic diagnosis of coronary artery strenosing atherosclerosis. The most sensitive is this marker for anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery, the least sensitive is this marker for circumflex artery. The given study results confirmed influence of coronary circulation on left ventricular segmental contractility indices.
