Analysis of the activities of customs authorities in carrying out customs control of goods containing intellectual property objects

The article discusses the customs control of goods containing intellectual property objects. One of the main functions of customs protection is to prevent the cross-border movement of counterfeit products. Illegal movement of goods leads to a loss of federal budget revenues and a decrease in the quality of goods. The protection of intellectual property in the framework of customs activities is an important component of the system of ensuring the economic and legal interests of both the state and the copyright holders. The article also discusses changes to the Procedure for filling out a declaration for intellectual property goods.
