The article examines the essence of deposit operations as the main tool for attracting monetary resources of a commercial bank and analyzes deposit operations at JSC «Gazprombank» for the period 2016-2018. The main research methods include the method of system analysis of theoretical and practical material, general scientific methods and techniques (analysis and synthesis, comparison, synthesis).
