Analysis of trends in cadastre value of lands of localities in Kochubeevsky district of Stavropol region during periods of mainstreaming in 2006, 2012 and 2015

The state cadastre evaluation of lands is held in order to identify the value of lands. The order of the process of state cadastre evaluation of lands is determined according to the Government of the Russian Federation (article 66 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation as of September, 1 2005). The current study shows the results of mainstreaming during the procedures in period of 2006, 2012 and 2015. The overall picture of trends in cadastre value of lands during each of the periods is also formed and shown in the article. The review of the outputs were given and systematized in the common format. This leads to more rational and effective land management, monitoring of the current state of taxation and real estate, and stimulate the economic growth of the country on the whole.
