Analysis of the dynamics of vibrio cholerae strains isolation from environmental objects on the territory of the Russian Federation from 1989 to 2016 using the author’s GIS

The results of correlation analysis performed make it possible to assume that a number of V. cholerae cul-tures isolated from environmental objects increases with the increase of a number of RF subjects involved in the epidemic process. On the example of the Rostov Region a direct connection has been established between the average quarterly summer temperatures and the number of isolated V. cholerae strains, which emphasizes the importance of monitoring studies of environmental water objects.
