Analysis of documentary and organizational conditions for providing work with talented children and youth in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the documentary and organizational conditions for working with talented children and young people in the Russian Federation. The article considers a number of documents that allow to make a conclusion about the system of support for talented children and youth in the Russian Federation. The position of the government on talented young people is also revealed. The influence of laws and bylaws on direct measures to support talented youth in the Russian Federation has been explored, and the historical context for the creation of certain documents has been explored too.
