Long-term analysis of the use of mining dump trucks

Analysis of the efficiency of operation of dump trucks in motor transport enterprises is carried out according to indicators related to the fleet or group of vehicles by models. This also applies to maintaining the technical condition of dump trucks - an insufficient level of technical service, the manufacturer's requirements for maintenance and repair work are not always observed. Criteria are defined that make it possible to assess the rational life of a dump truck, regardless of the method of its acquisition (purchase at its own expense, leasing, rent). It is recommended to carry out a uniform continuous recording of the time and reasons for downtime for each dump truck from the moment it is put into operation. Accounting data should be summarized in the technical report sheet of the dump truck for the month, quarter and year. The proposed provisions allow for a current assessment of the operating efficiency of a mining dump truck based on actual data (accumulated statistics) and a predictive one based on calculated data.
