Analysis of the availability of primary housing in the Krasnodar territory

This article discusses the availability of primary housing for residents of the Krasnodar Territory in order to study trends and forecast. Despite a number of government measures to support the population in purchasing housing, housing affordability is declining. The study provides the main indicators of the primary housing real estate market for 2021-2023. The accessibility index and the accessibility factor are calculated. The statistics of issuing mortgage loans for residents of the Krasnodar Territory in recent times has been studied. Analyzed indicators such as the average cost of apartments, prices per square meter of primary housing in Russia and the Krasnodar Territory, the dynamics of housing commissioning. Based on the analysis, reasoned recommendations are presented to increase the affordability of housing, and a forecast for 2023 is also made.
