Analysis of factors limiting the efficiency of organizing medical examination of the working population

The article considers theoretical and practical aspects of improving the organization of medical examination of the working population. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework and processing of statistical materials of a specific medical organization in a specific region, the planning and organization of preventive work are assessed. Two questionnaires were compiled for the study, allowing to evaluate the process of medical examination of all its participants. The study was conducted in the form of a one-time quantitative analysis and a structured interview (self-completion of questionnaires). The presented results of the survey of the population of Arkhangelsk and the medical personnel of the medical organization made it possible to identify and analyze the factors limiting the effectiveness of the organization of medical examination as a whole. Based on the results of the analysis, problematic aspects of the organization of medical examination were identified, allowing to formulate proposals for its improvement in order to preserve the health of citizens, as a socio-economic category, which is a determining factor in the labor potential of society and represents the most important element of the national wealth of the country.
