Analysis of factors negatively affecting the foreign economic activity of st. Petersburg

The article examines the factors influencing the foreign economic activity of St. Petersburg, reviews the scientific literature on this topic. Using the method of expert evaluation, the author conducted a survey of two groups of independent experts to identify the factors that have a negative impact on the foreign economic activity of the city.
