Analysis of factors to improve labor productivity at the enterprise

This article discusses the factors affecting the increase in labor productivity in enterprises. To date, an increasing number of entrepreneurs are experiencing problems with the efficiency of labor productivity. They use a variety of innovations and techniques. However, the results are still unsatisfactory. The problem is that our entrepreneurs strongly underestimate the importance of human and organizational factors. The article analyzes the role of these factors on production efficiency, evaluates the point of view of Russian entrepreneurs, and suggests ways to improve labor productivity.
