This article describes the features of evaluation petrol stations, an overview of pricing factors, and types of stations. Based on a sample of market data analysis of various factors on the pricing of petrol stations. The equations for correlation- regression according to the high value of correlation, allowing for adjustments in the implementation of the comparative approach to evaluating the petrol station.
