This article describes the main trends of ready-made food market in the Perm region, assesses the prospects of the development of the industry in the medium term. The results of the author's marketing research with the involvement of experts of the ready-made food market are presented. Possible strategies of response to the influence of environmental factors are developed on the example of "Kity Edy" company.
