Analysis of financial security in Bryansk areas in the development of the project managements

Based on the available theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of the definition of «financial security of the region», an individual author’s definition is proposed, including the balanced development of centralized and decentralized financial systems in the system of socio-economic development of the region. The review of modern methodological aspects to the assessment of financial security with the help of a system of indicators made it possible to calculate and analyze the financial security indicators of the Bryansk region in the context of modern trends in the development of project activities. As a result of the use of expert assessment methods, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of project activities are identified, as well as the dependence of the development index of project activities and financial security of the region is established.
